There are many ways a person can stop panic attack symptoms. First, we need to examine and understand exactly what a panic attack is and what causes it. In order to stop panic attack symptoms from overtaking you, a good understanding of your body’s stressors and the things that can bring your body’s stress levels considerably down is necessary and helpful. A careful self-examination is key here as nobody knows your own body and mind better than you.

A panic attack is a specific episode in which a person experiences intense anxiety and/or fear that can last for minutes or even hours. Panics attacks manifest themselves in many ways, including but not limited to: shaking, sweating, feeling that your heart is pounding uncontrollably, shortness of breath, chest pain, cramping, dizziness, nausea, hot flashes, chills, choking, and tingling or numbness in your extremities.

In order to stop panic attack symptoms, one has to understand the triggers of a panic attack. The trigger may not be obvious, however, which makes it more difficult to ascertain. You might experience an extreme fear over nothing at all or even a fear of having a panic attack itself. There really is no surefire way to understand the entire scope of what contributes to your panic attack without careful evaluation with a medical professional and possibly a psychologist.

No Reason to be Embarrassed

Many people, however, do not see their doctors or bother with a psychologist because they are embarrassed of the symptoms of a panic attack. Others do not seek professional help because it makes them feel inferior or “crazy” to see a psychiatrist. Pride is not a symptom of panic attacks, but it is a byproduct at times of a person’s desire to remain “normal” at all costs.

Some doctors prescribe medications for panic attacks such as Paxil or Zoloft. In order to stop panic attack symptoms, you may want to consider talking to your doctor about these medications or other methods. Always follow the advice of your medical professional and the regulations set forth by the drug companies as it is important to utilize any medication properly. Never stop taking a medication suddenly without the advice of your physician and never start taking medication without the advice of your doctor, either. As with anything in life and in the world of health, nothing beats the expertise and advice of a qualified medical professional.

Having a panic attack while driving can make you a danger to yourself and other motorists on the road, but knowing how to recognize an impending panic attack while driving can help prevent disaster. There have been stories of people falling asleep at the wheel, of road rage incidents, and of other behavioral problems behind the wheel of our automobiles for a long time now. Every story is usually about someone “losing control”, and a panic attack is all about loss of control in the face of stress.

There is often a direct correlation between driving and panic attacks, actually. Busy roads, crazy intersections, impatient motorists and multiple other factors all contribute to the stress of driving to and from our destinations on a daily basis. The roads have almost become war zones as we travel from place to place, always in a hurry and always wanting to be the “first” to arrive at our place of work or at home.

Effects of an Attack While Driving

A panic attack while driving can cause the most sudden of emotional and physical effects on the human body possible. The danger of this is obvious and the cause is generally controllable. A panic attack, in fact, causes the most complex and fast reaction known in the human body. This is because it affects so many organisms and bodily systems in so many different ways at such a great rate of speed that it is completely unpredictable.

Panic attacks affect the operation of the eyes, motor skills, major gland functions, brain functions, heart functions, lung functions, and many more systematic functions throughout the human body. The metabolism of the body is increased and several blood sugars flood the vital organs causing, quite literally, a massive panic on the body’s organs. Once sugars and excessive fatty acids are released into the bloodstream, they are carried throughout the body to attempt to “cope” with the stressors or causes of your panic attack, often with disastrous results.

Panic attack symptoms are, in fact, twice as likely to appear in women as they are in men. They almost always begin in adolescence and continue into adulthood. If you are prone to panic attacks while young, you will almost always be prone to them throughout your life.

Having a panic attack while driving, therefore, is a dangerous but often inevitable possibility because of the “built-in” stress of driving and of the roads today.

So you’ve been diagnosed with having chronic panic attacks? Odds are if you are reading this then that is the case. Like most panic attack sufferers you are probably asking yourself two questions; why me? Is there a cure?

Unfortunately, there is no cure for chronic panic attacks. Most panic attack sufferers will have the potential to have attacks their whole life. For some this can be caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain, while for others it just their certain mode of thinking that causes the attacks. The purpose of this panic attack self help guide is to give any new or veteran sufferer of panic attacks a few helpful tips.

Tip one:
Panic attacks are all in your head. The reason why you have these attacks is probably unknown. One thing most doctors will agree on is that panic attacks are all in the victims head. Whether this is caused by a chemical imbalance, or not, the trigger for an attack has to come from the sufferer. So tip one is to remember that these attacks are all mental. Once you learn this step, and learn to believe it, then you will be well on your way to dealing with your panic.

Tip Two:
The second best tip this panic attack self help guide can tell you are that panic attacks often tend to be caused by certain lifestyles and certain personalities. People who tend to worry too much or dump too many stresses onto their own shoulders, also tend to be those most likely to sufferer from chronic panic attacks. So tip two is to examine your lifestyle; how are you living at the moment? Could your life be less stressful, and if so what is the main source of that stress?

Tip Three:
The third tip would have to be learning what exactly happens during a panic attack. Even with all the preventative medicine in the world, most panic attack sufferers will experience attacks from time to time. They will most likely not be that serious, but they will happen. So what occurs during a panic attack? When a person panics, the body is essentially triggering a “fight or flight” response to the source of the attack. In most cases this drastic reaction is not needed and has no outlet once it is started. Tip three is to learn about this mechanism, and the best ways a person can counter it on their own.

Tip Four:
The fourth and final tip of this panic attack self help guide is the simplest of them all, see a doctor. There is a whole range of options for panic sufferers, and a physician is the best source of that knowledge.

The average person will experience at least one panic attack sometime during their lifetime.

Generally speaking panic attacks are described as the body’s reaction to a stressful situation, or the triggering of the “fight or flight” mechanism. In most people this reaction triggers at the appropriate moments, during times of high stress; for a small number of people this reaction will trigger at random, inappropriate moments; this is known as panic disorder.

If you have ever experienced being uncomfortable and feeling that something just isn’t right when it comes to your breathing or the way your body seems to be failing you, it is entirely possible you could have been experiencing an anxiety attack symptom.

Let’s take a look at some of the symptoms that usually come with anxiety attacks.

How to recognize an anxiety attack symptom.

Panic attacks are noted for appearing surprisingly similar to a heart attack. While panic attack symptoms are very similar to those of a heart attack; doctors will tell you that the two can be distinguished. Most panic attacks are marked with a few common qualities.

A Pounding Heart
One of the more common of an anxiety attack symptom is a pounding heart. This symptom can be caused by a number of different anxiety attacks, from mild to severe. Most panic sufferers also experience tightness in their chest, which usually leads them to believe they are having a heart attack, when in reality they are experiencing anxiety.

Shortness of Breath
Shortness of breath is another anxiety attack symptom that is seen a lot because of someone feeling panicked due to other symptoms they are experiencing. The shortness of breath can seem like your world is caving in, but by being able to recognize the symptom as part of an anxiety attack, you can more easily control this.

Lightheaded or Faint
Becoming lightheaded is another anxiety attack symptom that happens a lot in crowded areas. Many people have a phobia about being in crowds and becoming lightheaded or fainting is a common symptom that they experience. People will sometimes think they have a more serious issue, but it reality it’s only one of the symptoms that are associated with anxiety attacks.

Fear of Losing Control
Another anxiety attack symptom that is almost always present in an attack is the fear of losing control. This fear comes from the seemingly uncontrollable symptoms that precede like becoming light headed with a racing heart, and shortness of breath. It is a natural feeling for us to feel as if we are losing control of our own bodies.

Other panic attack symptoms include the following:
tingling in one or both arms and/or the tips of the fingers, increased body temperature along with profuse sweating, minor delusions, nausia, and unfounded fear towards random objects or events. Anxiety attack symptoms vary and are not isolated to just one group of people. Everybody is different and may experience varying symptoms based on what their fears may be. Most chronic panic sufferers tend to have a unique set of symptoms that mark their panic attacks.

The Signs

So how can you tell if you are having a panic attack? Well besides experiencing any combination of the symptoms listed above, there are a few more distinguishing factors behind panic attacks. Panic attacks are very limited in time. The body can only maintain this reaction for, at most, 15 minutes. A person who experiences any combination of the above listed panic attack symptoms would be wise to remember that the feelings will not last very long.

Another major factor of panic attacks is the feeling of anxiety that follows an attack. Most people who experience a panic attack tend to worry about attacks that will follow. This is a natural occurrence, and a good sign that all you experienced was a panic attack. This feeling usually lasts a few days to a week in most people.

However, if this anxiety of having a panic lasts over that time then it may be wise to see a doctor. Prolonged anxiety of panics, especially when more then one panic has occurred, is a sign of panic disorder. In which case the person should seek help from a medical physician, or psychiatric doctor in order to control their attacks.

Treating Anxiety Attacks

Anxiety is a treatable problem and many people live normal lives once they learn to control their attacks. In the end, by visiting a physician to talk about the anxiety attack symptoms that bother you, a plan can be put in place as to how you can effectively overcome the symptoms as they occur, making it possible to ensure you’re not overwhelmed by anxiety attacks.

There are several options for people who want prescription panic attack medicine.

Beta Blockers

Beta blockers are antihypertensive medications used to control the physical symptoms of anxiety, such as rapid heartbeat and shaking. Beta blockers are sometimes used by athletes to enhance performance and musicians to combat stage fright and tremors. Examples of beta blockers are Inderal and Tenormin.

Tricyclic Antidepressants and Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors [MAOI]

These are strong antidepressants used to treat depression and obsessive behaviors. These are usually prescribed for panic attacks in conjunction with other mood disorders. Some examples are Effexor, Elavil and Doxepin. Nardil is a common MAOI.

Benzodiazepines

You know this as Valium, or maybe Xanax. Often prescribed for stress, insomnia or anxiety, these drugs are sometimes used to treat panic disorders. Caution must be taken as sometimes these drugs can cause anxiety as opposed to treating it.

Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors [SSRI]

These are the newest and most popular antidepressants on the market today. These work by maintaining levels of serotonin in the brain. While these can be extremely helpful in aiding people with anxiety, they are not effective as a long term solution. Examples are Prozac, Paxil and Zoloft.

Other Forms of Panic Attack Medicine

Some have found relief taking mild tranquilizers or anticonvulsants. Others like to use vitamins and amino acids to help control their anxiety.

There is no one specific drug that works best to help combat panic disorders. Only through consultation with your doctor, and sometimes trial and error, can you find the panic attack medicine that works best for you.
In the end, it may be a long struggle in finding the right panic attack medicine that will treat you to the point where you can begin to lead a normal life again, but the struggle to find the right treatment is certainly worth it. With the millions of people who live with this disorder, it is no secret that panic attacks are definitely legitimate medical concerns that need to be addressed and treated properly. With the help of a physician, finding the treatment that works for you will be easier and a more positive experience due to the support you will receive.

Pandora’s Box has surely been opened. A dangerous genetic experiment has come out of the shadows, and the human-animal hybrids, chimeras and other transgenic clones it has yielded now threaten to endanger and irrevocably alter life as we know it.

The controllers of elite-funded science and R&D have wantonly tampered with the genetic code of the planet, ignoring the rather obvious dangers posed by cross-species experimentation and flagrantly jeopardizing the earth’s delicately-balanced biodiversity.

In a special video, Alex Jones addresses the profound risks posed by genetically-modified hybrids now featuring prominently in the field of biotechnology.

Fresh revelations about a “secret lab” program in the UK admittedly ongoing ‘for the last three years’ that developed such bestial-hybrids only serves to reinforce our available data concerning the fact that genetically-modified laboratory creations are fast spinning out of control. Now the biotech industry has unleashed these Franken-breeds into the world under the auspices of monopolizing some of the most important and dangerous developments in Agra, Pharma and Medical research for the 21st Century. Their GM “solutions” to life’s challenges promise lucrative returns, as we reported earlier today, due royalties on their patented gene-expressions.

Transgenic clones, created by deleting-and-replacing DNA sequences to create a cross-species hybrid (xenotransplantation) that is then grown in a host egg, are fast becoming a pet-project of corporate science that offers to fulfill “Pharming’s” promise of replacement organs for ailing humans, industrial and pharmaceutical applications of artificial-protein production, and the hope of successful outlets for artificial fertilization & human cloning in an age of increasing sterility and infertility. However, it is these man-made creations that pose the greatest risks– including contamination, proven links to sterility in offspring and risks of cancer. Many clones, including the world’s famous first-cloned sheep, Dolly, have had conspicuously short lives and bad health. Arthritis, breathing problems and more have plagued their existence, while hundreds of embryos fail in cultivation for each successful clone. Still others die in the womb after only days, yet these entities are trusted to fulfill humanity’s betterment.

In particular, mixing the human genome with that of various ‘useful’ animals crosses the extremely risky bridge formerly separating many beast-borne diseases from those that typically affect humans, or plant species for that matter. The contagion of mixing unrelated species like mammals and jellyfish genes gives the opportunity for unforeseen consequences and uncontrollable mutations. Further, many genes which scientists have previously believed to be equivalent have proven to behave differently when transplanted into foreign DNA sequences. Additionally, lack of recognition or compensation for pleiotropic genes (where a single gene gives expression for multiple traits) makes some of the consequences unforeseeable, yet predictably dangerous.

Grotesque experimentation, iconically portrayed for more than a century in globalist H.G. Wells’ The Island of Dr. Moreau, has now come to life– growing human ears on the backs of mice, harvesting human-marked organs from cows, pigs and other host-species, synthesizing strategic proteins in host-milk production and other seemingly-sci-fi applications– paving the way to future biotechnology. Creations like spider-goats are raised in contradiction to nature’s laws, all in the name of reaching industrial production of a stronger-than-steel protein from spider-silk that can create fibers for items like bullet-proof vests, sold directly to the military-prison-industrial complex, further feeding the total domination of mankind.

GMO species have become absolutely invasive, and their Doctors Frankenstein have unleashed them intentionally to wreck and destroy the native competing species. Crop contamination of non-GMO plants, combined with the genocidal effects of Terminator seeds is devastating to ordinary farmers. Consumption of GMO crops have proven ties in mice studies to sterility (shown to be delayed until the second or third generation) as well as cancer and other issues.

Powerful globalists have declared themselves God, and seek to limit the complex expression of life with cheap carbon-copy clones that threaten to displace the genuine flora, fauna and other life on this planet. Not long ago, the world’s most prestigious scientists considered some 96% of DNA to be throwaway ‘junk’ with no genetic value. Now, in greater arrogance, they will make far greater mistakes as they pretend to understand the path to ‘transhumanism‘ where man supposedly ascends to godhood through life extension. Humanity must stand up and say no before it is too late.

When it comes to living with panic attack symptoms, you know it can almost take over your life. Living in fear of whether or not you will have to suffer through another period of grief, pain, and discomfort is enough to put a panic attack into full action. When it comes to treating a panic attack, some medications have been known to significantly reduce symptoms, enabling people to continue living a life that is not consumed with the fearful unknown. The following provides information about some of the most effective medications available to consumers.

Alprazolam (al-PRAZ-zo-lam)

This medication is one of the more common prescriptions for general anxiety treatment. It is a benzodiazepine, which is used to treat short term panic attack symptoms in many people every day. This medication is not meant to treat ongoing and daily forms of a panic attack, but is very useful to people who experience these symptoms periodically.

Azapirones (a-zah-PIE-ronz)

Azapirones is a drug which works on the central nervous system in relieving the many symptoms of anxiety. This drug can be found in many antidepressants and is the reason many people who normally would not take antidepressants do, because of their panic attack symptoms. It is used to calm the nervous system, putting it somewhat into sleep mode, as to keep their sirens from blowing when a panic attack sets in.

Benzodiazepines (ben-zo-die-AZ-a-peens)

This is a tranquil medication, used to help fight anxiety and insomnia. The drug is very potent, and a fear of becoming addicted to it is shared with both physicians and patients. For extreme cases of anxiety, this is the medication most commonly used, but it’s also something that can significantly alter your mood or personality if not used properly or for longer periods of time than prescribed.

Which Medication to Use

Depending on the severity of the panic attack symptoms you have, will greatly determine which medication a physician will prescribe for you. It is important to remember that you should not determine which medications to use on your own, help from a doctor is the way to go. Using other people’s medications may help your symptoms at the time, but in the end you still need a solution for long term results. As medications tend to alter our body structure when used for long periods of time, don’t be surprised if your doctor prescribes more than one medication before finding the one that will work for you. Using the least amount of medication to control your panic attack symptoms is the most beneficial for you, so physicians will start with low dosages or light medication and work their way up from there.

Overcoming panic attack problems has been the goal of many North Americans, and many of us don’t even realize what that entails. This brief article will describe, in detail, the differences in the quality of life of a person without panic attack symptoms and a person with panic attack symptoms. Overcoming panic attack symptoms can be challenging and dealing with them normally changes the fabric of life at its very core. It is never easy and often misunderstood.

Joe’s Story

Joe is a mature and well-off 34-year old male that works on Wall Street. He also suffers from trying to overcome panic attack symptoms. Joe walks to work every morning because the subway terrifies him, in fact he cannot remember the last time he has taken any form of public transportation because he has been afraid of the germs and afraid of the potential for crime for about three years now. Joe can’t remember being afraid of anything like that in his life before, but can’t remember not being afraid of it either.

Joe’s struggle with overcoming panic attack symptoms is not easy, especially given that his job takes him right into the downtown area of the city. Joe is terrified of large crowds but realizes that to make a living he has to do what he has always done. He is a stockbroker and works right on the main floor of Wall Street, trading volatile stocks every morning and working on computers doing research all afternoon. There isn’t any doubt as to what part of his job Joe likes better as he walks nervously downstairs to start trading.

Joe works the stock floor like a pro because prior to the start of his shift he has taken a variety of medications prescribed by his doctor. These do not solve the problem, but they get him by and at this point, that is really all that matters. Joe trades stocks for a few hours without really feeling anything but mild indigestion from the medication, but as soon as the trading is finished Joe vomits in the bathroom. This is because of a side effect of the Xanax. Joe finishes his day sweating and goes home to his wife and kids. They know nothing about it.

Sandra’s Story

By contrast, Sandra works in a bank and also has experience overcoming panic attack issues. Her brother, Joe, experiences these symptoms and she is often the only person in the family that understands that Joe is not crazy but that he has a problem that needs direct assistance. Sandra is relatable because she recently dealt with her own problem: depression. Joe looks up to Sandra because she has been down the road he has been down and everything worked out okay for her.

Sandra works her day normally, without much of a care to even the smallest stresses of her job because she believes it is the best way to live. She does not allow the little things to bother her, and has been trying to talk to Joe about adopting the same philosophy. Some day, Joe will learn to overcome it. Some day.

Dealing with panic attack symptoms changes the way people exist. Mary was a young woman who was dealing with panic attack symptoms every day of her life for many years and couldn’t quite come to terms as to how to deal with them properly until she sought out the advice of a specialist and a psychologist that taught her how to gather her emotions and solve the actual root of the problem causing the symptoms.

Before then, Mary had tried what she thought of as “everything”. Many drugs and drug therapies like Xanax and other types of medications had effectively made her symptoms worse and added new ones to her life that increased her stress instead of bringing her down and relaxing her. Her anxiety attacks certainly worsened because of improper methods of dealing with panic attack problems, and eventually she became very depressed.

Mary’s Life

Mary’s daily life consisted of intense feelings of despair, stress, depression, mood swings, racing heartbeats, headaches, sweating, indigestion, and multiple other panic attack symptoms that crippled her emotionally and physically. She began to withdraw from her family and friends and this started to put her marriage at risk. Mary had nowhere to turn because she didn’t know what was happening to her or what was causing these things to happen to her. Dealing with panic attack issues was threatening her life.

She often spent many a night angry at the world for causing her this much stress and angry at herself because she couldn’t control it better; she couldn’t manage her stress any better so she blamed her own lack of coping skills for the things that were happening to her. Mary began to get upset at everything and everyone around her and became a reclusive young woman for almost an entire year, never leaving her home and barely leaving her bedroom except for to eat and perform basic household chores.

Eventually, her family started to get so worried that they called in specialists that prescribed Mary several different types of pills without ever really listening to her and figuring out what her problems were. Mary spent a great deal of that year on a combination of depression and anxiety attack medications, constantly dealing with the endless symptoms that not only the anxiety attacks dealt her but now the new problems that came with the drug use.

Tired and at the end of her rope, Mary finally found a website on the internet that offered therapy; a website that offered someone to talk to about her about dealing with panic attack symptoms and how they affected her very life. She jumped at the chance and the therapist began to go to work on Mary’s issues. It took a long time and a lot of digging around, but eventually the cause of Mary’s anxiety came out in the open and the doctor was able to start providing the proper tools to deal with it. Mary has since come full circle and no longer lives in fear of her panic attacks or what they can do to a normal life.

A child panic attack can be a very serious and frightening matter, both for the child and for the parents. In this brief article, I will outline some of the facts around a child panic attack and decipher some clues as to what parents can do for their children in this frightening and confusing time. Children experience emotional issues such as panic and anxiety much differently than adults, so education is as important as anything when dealing with this situation.

Children and teenagers experience panic attacks and often develop fears of going places because of this. They fear that should they engage in an activity, a panic attack may occur and embarrass them. There are many different types of child panic attack disorders.

GAD – Generalized Anxiety Disorder

GAD is an anxiety disorder that is generally known by the patient experiencing excessive worrying about a series of events. These events can either be in the past, in the present, or in the future so the time has little to do with the amount of “logical worry” that is applied. Sometimes children or teens worry about past events, conversations they may have had, upcoming events, school, friends, family, functions or any other possibility. Typically a child experiencing GAD cannot control the amount of time spent worrying about such things.

The best way known to treat GAD is through relaxation techniques and therapy. Generally talking children out of their worrying can work wonders, but a trained mental health physician is usually the best prepared to encounter such a disorder. Children are taught to use positive self-talk instead of the discouraging words of worry and are taught to generate a dialogue with others to explore their feelings. This child panic attack disorder does not generally have a prescribed medication.

Separation Anxiety Disorder

Children may experience panic when they are separated from loved ones or comfortable situations that they are used to. This generally applies to younger children who are separated from parents. The threat of separation from a caregiver often results in anxiety and occurs in cases such as when the child is left with a babysitter on a parents’ evening out on the town.

The child may avoid activities that result in separation from its caregivers and may worry excessively about the caregiver when they are gone. Normally the therapy involved includes recognition of these emotions and a good dose of reality: that nothing wrong happens, etc. Children are also taught coping skills to deal with the separation, often through role playing.
