So that there will be energy to sustain the aerobics exercise which is a physical activity, there is a need to keep a steady and sufficient oxygen supply. Even when ATP can be generated without oxygen, the quantity is very inadequate. Proper breathing is important to be able to sustain an extended workout.
Aerobics exercise is perfect for everyone and that is why it is very popular. The intensity levels can easily be adjusted to fit the age, weight and athletic ability or skills. It prevents the occurrence of diseases connected to cholesterol like high blood pressure, atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases while it strengthens the body resistance. The strength is also manifested in improved stamina and vitality.
