<p>Although there are numerous causes for hair loss, dietary insufficiency is found to be a major one. </p>
<p>Hair loss can be caused by a deficiency in  B vitamins- especially B6, inositol, Biotin, and folic acid. B vitamins, especially B5 (pantothenic acid) and B3 (Niacin) are an important part in growth of hair follicle.</p>
<p>In order to cure hair loss, Vitamin supplement intake should be performed carefully. Reasearch shows that an excessive intake of vitamin B6 by men resulted in stimulated hair growth. Deficiency in folic acid caused complete baldness among some men.</p>
<p>The main function of Vitamin E is to transport oxygen in the blood and improves the scalp circulation. Vitamin E enhances the immune function and thereby the health of the hair gets improved. That&#8217;s why Vitamin E can also be considered a hair loss vitamin. Vitamin E can be consumed @ 400 IU daily.</p>
<p>Vitamin C can also be considered a hair loss vitamin since it improves circulation of the scalp and maintains all capillaries, which carry blood to the follicles. This vitamin may be consumed 5,000 mg daily.</p>
<p>Other hair loss vitamins are Biotin, Inositol, and B-Vitamins. Biotin maintains the health of the hair. You should eat plenty of food to prevent hair loss due to biotin deficiency. You can also consume 50 mg of Biotin twice daily through food. This will definitely bring fruitful results. The following food is recommended: bulgur, green peas, lentils, walnuts, sunflower seeds, soybeans, oats, bulgur, Brewer’s yeast and brown rice. Inositol is also being considered a hair loss vitamin. Take 100 mg twice daily for better hair growth.</p>
<p>Excessive intake of Vitamin A can cause hair loss. Once the intake of Vitamin A is stabilized, the hair loss may be stopped. </p>
<p>For better growth of hair, B vitamins are necessary. Among the B vitamins, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) are known as hair loss vitamins. B vitamins are rich in foods like bran, nuts, eggs, soybeans, cauliflower, carrots, peas, and beans. Intake of these vitamins will help to improve quality, texture, and growth of hair.</p>

<p>Generally, sports entail physical activities that are usually carried out for some “recreational” functions such as self-satisfaction, entertainment, competition, etc. It uses physical activity that is why most fitness experts regard sports as one way of staying fit and healthy. It can also be considered as one way of physical fitness; the only difference is that sports fitness is more inclined to the development of skill or ability.</p>
<p>However, like physical fitness, sports fitness is also capable of toning down the body fats of a person. Because of its rigid and strict health program, a sports enthusiast is able to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle in order to cope up with the strenuous demands of sports.</p>
<p>In sports, people should learn how to value their health. Otherwise, they can never endure the kind of energy that is required when playing sports activities.</p>
<p>Therefore, for people whoa re into sports fitness, here are some tips that you could use in order to stay healthy and be active on whatever sports you want to pursue:</p>
<p>1. Drinks lots of water</p>
<p>Humans can survive days, or even months without food, but they can never last a day without water.</p>
<p>Water is, indeed, the most important element needed by the body. Excessive perspiration, without any means of replenishing the lost fluids will result to serious health problems, and even death.</p>
<p>Therefore, for people who are into strenuous exercises and trainings, it is best to always drink lots of water.</p>
<p>However, for sports enthusiasts, water may not be enough to replace the kind of fluid lost. Hence, it would be better if they would have sports drinks instead. Aside from the fluid, sports drinks have tow additional important ingredients needed by a person who is into sports fitness: carbohydrates and electrolytes.</p>
<p>Electrolytes are usually lost during strenuous physical activity, and this can only be replaced through sports drinks. Carbohydrates, on the other hand, are also needed by the body during rigid workouts to provide more energy so that the body can cope up to the demands of the activity.</p>
<p>2. More veggies!</p>
<p>People who are into sports fitness require more intakes of vegetables and fruits. This is because the body is craving for more vitamins and mineral supplements. It makes the body stronger and healthier enabling it to cope up with demands of the activity.</p>
<p>3. Calcium intake</p>
<p>People who are into sports fitness should have calcium present on their diet. This is to provide stronger bones to the body.</p>
<p>Since the body is more exposed to greater physical activities, it is important to have stronger bones in order to avoid fractures or certain bone diseases like “osteoporosis.”</p>
<p>Calcium can be found in different vitamin and mineral supplements. They are also abundant in foods like sardines, tofu, dairy products, etc.</p>
<p>4. Warm exercises are always important before any kind of strenuous activities.</p>

The common condition where hair loss can occur are poor diet and nutritional deficiencies, hormonal changes, surgery, and many medications, but noticeably, thyroid hair loss.</p>
<p>Before starting the treatment plan for your thyroid hair loss, the following key points should be taken into consideration such as evaluation by a dermatologist, to find out if there is are nutritional deficiencies, making sure that it may not be of the side effect of the thyroid drug, adherent to alternative therapies and last but not least rule out the possibility of thyroid rug side effect.</p>

<p>In reality, everyone should exercise, yet survey shows that only 30% of the United States adult population gets the recommended thirty minutes of daily physical activity, and 25% are not active at all.</p>
<p>Inactivity is thought to be one of the key reasons for the surge of type 2 diabetes in America, because inactivity and obesity promote insulin resistance and other factors that trigger other kinds of diseases.</p>
<p>The good news is that it is never too late to get moving, and exercise is one of the easiest ways to start controlling the onset of any kinds of diseases. For people who are already candidates for some serious diseases like diabetes and heart failure, exercise and physical fitness can improve the condition of some parts of the body like insulin sensitivity, lower the risk of heart disease, and promote weight loss.</p>

Hair is growing due to rapid cell division at the base of the follicle and gets pigmented when it is pushed upwards out of the follicle.</p>
<p>Normal hair loss or alopecia, is a part of the natural hair life cycle. Normal hair loss is caused by genetic factors, androgens and age. Other factors include general bad health, side effects of medications, and skin diseases. </p>
<p>Hair loss may result from heredity. Millions of men, women and children are confronted with hair loss due to heredity. It is important to know that every day an individual sheds 100 to 300 hairs daily as a natural process. Each and every hair undergoes the hair growth cycle before normal hair loss occurs. The normal growth cycle consists of three stages:,<br />· Anagen stage<br />· Catagen stage<br />· Telogen stage</p>
<p>Anagen stage<br />hair will stay in this phase for two to four years. Each hair will grow 15 cm per year.</p>

<p>Telogen phase<br />The telogen phase is also called the resting phase. This phase lasts about three months allowing the hair to detach itself prior to falling out.</p>
<p>In case of normal hair loss, there is no need to panic. But if there is an excessive hair loss, it should immediately be discussed with your physician. Treatments that are available depend on the type of hair loss. Sometimes correcting hormone imbalance may prevent further hair loss. Rogaine (Minoxidil) will help to correct common baldness <br />An individual will lose 100 hair per day and hair rubbing, too much brushing or excessive washing may result in an increase of hair loss. Losing 100 hair per day is conisdered absolutely normal! Normal hair loss may increase as age advances. Male pattern baldness is a normal hair loss, which is genetically predetermined.</p>
<p>In case if you are an individual of above 30 years and you begin to lose scalp hair, then the chances are 95% that it is normal hair loss.</p>

<p>1. 12 Rep rule</p>
<p>Most weight training program include this much repetitions for gaining muscle. The truth is this approach places the muscles with not enough tension for effective muscle gain. High tension e.g. heavy weights provides muscle growth in which the muscle grows much larger, leading to the maximum gains in strength. Having  longer tension time boosts the muscle size by generating the structures around the muscle fibers, improving endurance. </p>
<p>The standard prescription of eight to 12 repetitions provides a balance but by just using that program all of the time, you do not generate the greater tension levels that is provided by the heavier weights and lesser reps, and the longer tension achieved with lighter weights and more repetitions. Change the number of reps and adjust the weights to stimulate all types of muscle growth.</p>
<p>2. Three Set rule</p>
<p>The truth is there&#8217;s nothing wrong with three sets but then again there is nothing amazing about it either. The number of sets you perform should be base on your goals and not on a half-century old rule. The more repetitions you do on an exercise, the fewer sets you should do, and vice versa. This keeps the total number of repetitions done of an exercise equal.</p>
<p>3. Three to four exercises per group</p>
<p>The truth is this is a waste of time. Combined with twelve reps of three sets, the total number of reps amount to 144. If your doing this much reps for a muscle group your not doing enough. Instead of doing too many varieties of exercises, try doing 30 to 50 reps. That can be anywhere from 2 sets of  15 reps or 5 sets of 10 reps.</p>
<p>4. My knees, my toes</p>
<p>It is a gym folklore that you “should not let your knees go past your toes.&#8221; Truth is that leaning forward a little too much is more likely a cause of injury. In 2003, Memphis University researchers confirmed that knee stress was almost thirty percent higher when the knees are allowed to move beyond the toes during a squat. </p>
<p>But hip stress increased nearly 10 times or (1000 percent) when the forward movement of the knee was restricted. Because the squatters needed to lean their body forward and that forces the strain to  transfer to the lower back. </p>
<p>Focus on your upper body position and less on the knee. Keep the torso in an upright position as much as possible when doing squats and lunges. These  reduces the stress generated on the hips and back. To stay upright, before squatting, squeeze the shoulder blades together and hold them in that position; and then as you squat, keep the forearms 90 degree to the floor. </p>
<p>5. Lift weights, draw abs</p>
<p>The truth is the muscles work in groups to stabilize the spine, and the most important muscle group change depending on the type of exercise. The transverse abdominis is not always the most important muscle group. Actually, for most exercise, the body automatically activates the muscle group that are needed most for support of the spine. So if you focus only on the transverse abdominis, it can recruit wrong muscles and limit the right muscles. This increases the chance of injury, and reduces the weight that can be lifted. </p>

There are many different types of foods that can cause allergic symptoms, and these symptoms can range from very mild to severe, and even life-threatening in some cases. One of the top eight foods that can cause these types of allergies is wheat, which is an ingredient that is found in many of the foods that we eat today. Wheat allergies, like other food allergies, are most commonly seen in children and are often outgrown. However, some adults can develop wheat allergies as well.</p>
<p>Symptoms</p>
<p>The symptoms of wheat allergies can occur anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours after eating a wheat product. These signs can range from mild to severe. In more serious cases, immediate medical care may be required, since anaphylaxis (severe allergy symptoms) is a life threatening condition.  Wheat allergy symptoms can include nasal congestion, airway inflammation and swelling, hives or other skin irritation, or gastrointestinal problems. More severe symptoms might also be airway constriction, rapid pulse, dizziness and shock. These are the symptoms that will require immediate medical care because they can become life threatening very quickly.</p>
<p>Treatment </p>
<p>Treatment of wheat allergies will primarily include avoidance of wheat products once you have had an allergic reaction that can be attributed to wheat. Since wheat allergies can become more severe as you experience more reactions, it is important to see your doctor even if you’ve had a mild allergic reaction to wheat. Your doctor can test you to see if wheat was indeed the culprit of your allergies through a variety of methods. Once a wheat allergy is diagnosed, it will be up to you to ensure that you avoid all wheat products in the future. Fortunately, this has become easier in the United States since food manufacturers have been required to list wheat ingredients on their package labels. </p>
<p>If you have had a severe reaction with a wheat allergy, your doctor may advise you to carry an emergency treatment with you called an EpiPen. This is an injection that can be given if you are exposed to wheat, since it can be difficult to avoid this substance altogether. You may also wear a bracelet so that those around you will also know that you have a wheat allergy. For most wheat allergy sufferers, it is sufficient to try to avoid wheat products as much as possible, and to take an antihistamine if wheat exposure inadvertently occurs. And keep in mind that wheat allergies occur most often in children, and are often outgrown.</p>

<p>There are small steps that can be taken everyday in order to avoid a fatal disease or an emergency in your health, in other words life fitness starts in your own home and with yourself. </p>
<p><b>Here are a Few Guidelines to Consider:</b></p>
<p>Exercise – it is not necessary to spend hours in the gym to be fit, a mere 30 minutes a day will works wonders provided you exercise everyday. If you are not a fan of going to gym and using heavy machinery such as <a href="http://www.wichitalinks.com/mall/treadmills.html">treadmills</a>, try walking or jogging in the park or around your home. </p>
<p>Yoga, Pilates and aerobics are other exercises that tone the body and help with weight loss as well. Practicing an exercise helps not only with weight loss but also with stress relief and overall well being. Looking good always makes one feel good as well.</p>
<p>Balanced diet – eating is something we cannot avoid or do without and yet is something  totally in our control. How much and when we eat depends entirely up to each and everyone of us; common sense usually helps without intensive diet plans; for example, eating a whole tub of ice cream just before going to bed cannot be good no matter how you look at it.</p>
<p>Moderation and a little understanding about your body and how food nourishes your body is probably all you need to stay slim and achieve life fitness. There is absolutely no need to restrain yourself from eating anything at all as long as you do it with moderation.</p>
<p>Vitamins – one can find vitamins in all natural products such as fruits and vegetables eaten as uncooked as possible however, there are minerals and vitamins that we cannot provide our body with everyday as we should and after a certain age a vitamin supplement is required. Find out what is right for you from your doctor and help your body achieve life fitness.</p>
<p>Regular check ups – Even if you feel great and did not have as much as a cold this year, do not skip your regular check ups with the doctor. Some diseases don’t show many symptoms until it is in late stages and then may be difficult or impossible to treat. </p>
<p>Life fitness can be achieved by being aware of your body and environment; taking charge of your life and well being not ignoring it until you are faced with an emergency. </p>

<p>Hair loss is common in men and women. But a lot more men suffer from hair loss than women. Treatment of male hair loss differs a lot from female hair loss treatment. Propecia is a good example for a male hair loss product that should not be used by women.. If a women is pregnant Propecia may injure the baby in the womb. Propecia will also cause hair growth on parts of the body where women do not like to have hair (body, face)</p>
<p>Hence Propecia is not recommended for women. Male hair loss can be treated with propecia but with some side effects. The side effects include impotency and lack of sex drive. So you should consult your physician before taking this medicine.</p>
<p>In early days, Rogaine was used to treat high blood pressure, but now it is primarily used to stop hair loss.  Rogaine should be used continuously for three to four months to have some fruitful results.</p>
