Although it’s true that most people who suffer from acne are teens, this condition can persist into adulthood. Dice in a sweet red or orange bell pepper for a good dose of beta-carotene, the most beneficial form of vitamin A. It is quit true that most of the people who suffer from acne are teens, and this condition can persist into adulthood. Look for salad dressings made with olive or soy oil.

Remember too, that caffeine washes all these vitamins, particularly vitamin C, out of your system before you can absorb them.
