Something to keep in mind if you suffer from back pain, is that in 90% of people who suffer from a bad back, within a year of their first episode they will receive a second episode of back pain. Although the episode is generally not as painful, it can always come back. So if this is the first time you’ve suffered from back pain, there is a high risk that you will have a second episode, but the best thing you can do is to remember what helped you to over come your back pain and try it again. You may receive the same results as you did the first time and remember to stay active. Being active is better.

Remember to talk to your doctor, try to figure out what best method will help you to relieve yourself of back pain and allow you to get back on track with your life. If you are trying an alternative method to treat your back pain like acupuncture, yoga, massage therapy or something along those lines and you are finding that it’s not working for you, move on and try something else. Everybody is different and their bodies are going to adapt to different things, so try a new remedy and find out which one best works for you.
