If you were planning to come to Miami for a spot of sun catching, now is not the time, unless you are a duck of course, or some other amphibian creature. You see, it’s been raining solidly in Miami for what it has felt like weeks.
But whether you exercise in the open air or indoor, one thing is certain: there is a good way to do it, and unfortunately a bad way, and my guess is that for most of us, the latter is the case!
