Pyoderma faciale affects even those women who did not experience acne during the teens. This type of acne has charceteristic large nodules, sores and pustules. Unlike acne conglobata, pyoderma faciale remains active for approcimately an year. But like Acne conglobata, pyoderma faciale does long term damage to the skin.
