Inosine and Vitamin Supplements – Helpful or a Waste of Time?
I don’t know about you, but there are a lot of people that like sports and play or practice them on a weekly basis.
Nowadays there is a serious problem occurring, or more appropriately is that it isn’t occurring… What is it? It’s the competition between people playing sports, and people playing on their computers. We oftentimes prefer to stay in front of the computer virtually to the detriment of all else. Now, on the one hand this can be great in some cases (gathering information, learning etc.) on the other it can have a serious negative effect to their health if they don’t get out and play sports.
There really needs to be limits set by the parents as to how long a child can spend on their computer, and then they can go out and play sports or some other activity.
Let us pay more attention to the sports themselves:
Sports are great because they can help you to get rid of any negative energy that you may have built up, that release of energy usually makes you a more pleasant enjoyable person to be around.
Another advantage of playing sports is it virtually assures your good health, which relates to a longer, more enjoyable life (obviously depending on the vitamins you are taking).
Sports players now days, although they feel great playing or practicing, usually need to give their bodies inosine and vitamin supplements in order to balance out the expenditure of energy and resources they have available in their body.
Inosine is a nucleoside. Inosine and vitamin supplements help because they enhance your bodies functions and bring them up to optimum levels. Particularly Inosine helps because it can have a positive effect on your endurance and power. It basically helps with the transportation of oxygen around the body, thereby stimulating the heart and the rest of the body making it more efficient.
While you can get Inosine through brewer’s yeast and a few of the specific ‘organ’ meats, it would be a better idea to supplement it from an external source (vitamins etc.). I can think of nothing worse then eating my fair share of brewer’s yeast… no thanks.
Most sportspeople prefer to take inosine and vitamin supplements together. Why? It’s simple, vitamins help the bodies functions, energy production and efficiency. So a combination of Inosine and vitamins supplements is the best road to take. Rather then taking just one or 2 supplements by themselves, find out what you need, and what you are deficient in, consult your health care professional, and get started.
Some people say that Inosine and vitamin supplements are a waste of time, but to be honest I know which side I’d rather be on, and for as little as $5 a day, I’d much prefer to be on the side that takes vitamin supplements as a precaution.
