After spending years sitting in front of my computer and getting little or no exercise, it is time to change the direction of my health. My doctor has told me that I’m borderline diabetic and if I don’t lose some weight I could slip into full blown diabetes.
I recently was introduced to a fitness plan that allows me to exercise only 7 minutes per day, 3 times a week to get in the best shape I’ve been in years. Along with the simple exercises, the plan also includes a nutrition program to help me eat better. These two combined actions should allow me to shed over 50 pounds of unwanted weight.
I will post here updates of my progress and what I learn as I get into better shape.
